One of the first places we fell in love with when we moved here was Sedona. The area is surrounded by national forest on all four sides, with plentiful opportunities to hike and explore the red rocks of Sedona. A visiting broker was in town and wanted to see a few properties for a client. I used the Sedona Real Estate Guide for all of our research and finally securing a Realtor. At our initial stop, the broker turned to me and said, “This place should be a National Park.” That’s quite a statement coming from someone who makes a living buying and selling real estate.
